    We serve a delicious breakfast buffet every morning in our Copper Hall dining room. The décor is rustic, true to the unique mountain setting. We work hard to incorporate seasonal produce, and put a great deal of effort into making and baking as much as we can here at the hotel. We want to get you off to a great start every morning!

    We serve a three-course dinner every evening in Copper Hall, which is often included in the price of your room. The menu varies from day to day, but you can rest assured that our chefs will always use the best ingredients with as much local produce as possible.

    We can also accommodate larger groups of people and conference guests looking to dine in privacy. Please contact us for more information about our banquet menus.
